christmas hollyWith the holidays approaching one of the hottest items being looked at by golfers this year are Golf GPS Units.

After doing some research we found that there were over 30 different Golf GPS Units on the market at the present time.  They range in price from just under $100 to over $400 and offer a combination of features and styles.

So which Golf GPS Unit will fit your holiday budget?

Let’s take a look at what features and options are being offered in different price ranges.Izzo Swami 1500 GPS

Under $100 - I found one product under $100 and it comes with the ability to store 10 courses at a time and has automatic course recognition. Although it doesn’t have a complete hole display, the unit does offer accurate real time information.  There is a $9.99 activation fee that allows you to upload any of 12,000 golf courses for one year.  Not bad for the golfer with a limited budget that still wants to take advantage of the latest technology.

The Izzo Swami 1500 Pictured here is a good GPS for the Money. If you are on a limited budget and still want to take advantage of the benefits of a Golf GPS, then this unit will definitely fit the bill.

The reviews tell the story…. Golfers found this device to be a very good buy for the money.

Lee Trevino another great golf legend would tend to play the golf a little further back in his stance. Again, who is going to argue with another legend of the game.
