Whenever I go head out to practice or play golf, I always make sure that I take time to do some golf warm up exercises. I’m not talking about going to the gym or a rigorous workout.
a.) Start with some simple neck rolls – Relax your shoulders, put your chin down to your chest and slowly roll your head to the right. Then slowly roll your head back to the left. Be sure to use a slow motion to get a full stretch to loosen your neck. Do this about 10 times.
b.) Next I like to do some shoulder rolls – Stand with your feet shoulder width apart looking forward. Lift your shoulders up and roll them to the back and down. Do this 10 or 15 times.
With all the money golf club manufacturers spend on advertising, you have to ask yourself if you are playing the best golf clubs for your game.
Over the years I have played many different brands and found that if they were fitted properly for me, then I had good success with them. The best golf clubs that I have ever had were clubs that were made for me.
